Learnt from my teenager daughter that suddenly and mysteriously an old Chinese song (Yi Jian Mei, 一剪梅) that only people older or my generation know well became a huge viral hit on TikTok that all her friends are learning how to sing it.

Btw, “Xue Hua Piao Piao, Bei Feng Xiao Xiao” (雪花飘飘，北风啸啸)here seems mean “It is what it is” — so out of your control, you have nothing to do with it other than follow it:) Its direct translation from mandarin is “The snowflakes are fluttering and the north wind is blowing”.
